You’re in safe hands
When you choose MAI to build your garden room you get a fully insured end to end service with all expert trades covered – including carpentry, electrics, plastering and plumbing. We can limit the disruption of your garden room build using advanced techniques to run power, data, water and drainage. Where access is problematic we can bring in moling services to avoid the need to dig trenches to lay pipes and cables.
Year round use
Our garden rooms are constructed using Structural Insulated Panels (SIP panels) which provide outstanding thermal efficiency along with strength and durability.
SIP panels provide outstanding thermal insulation, achieving U-values as low as 0.13 W/m²K. This ensures reduced energy consumption and lower heating bills.
SIP panels are robust and capable of supporting heavy loads, making them suitable for walls, roofs, and floors.

STEP 1:
Free site visit
We visit your garden, listen to what you need and assess the site. As part of your survey we will also advise on any planning requirements.
STEP 2:
Design & Quote
We turn your brief into a detailed design and provide you with a with a fixed price. Every detail is covered to make sure there are no surprises.
STEP 3:
Installation
Our team handles everything – From the initial base structure through to final decoration, our expert trades ensure every finish is perfect.
STEP 4:
Handover
Once you are 100% happy with your new garden room we give it a final clean ready to hand you the keys. You will also receive your Comprehensive 10 Year Warranty.

Bespoke design
We offer a wide range of Garden Room plans to suit your needs, from small home offices to our larger options if you need space for your golf simulator. If your garden room dream is a little more adventurous, no problem, will be only too happy to discuss your ideas, and work with you to achieve a building that fits the location, with regards to style, design, and of course budget.
Planning guidance
In most cases garden rooms can be built within permitted development guidelines, avoiding the need for planning permission or building regulations approval. As part of our initial site visit we will identify if your garden room will need planning approval and we are able to offer guidance as part of our service.
Landscaping
We can also help to limit the disruption of adding a garden room to your property with our additional landscaping services. If you need to move a patio, lay a new path or replace a lawn to complete your garden transformation, we can take care of that too.
